QMS (Quality Management System) Introduction
Our company passed the ISO9002-1994 international quality system certification in November 1998 and the ISO9001-2000 version quality management system re-examination in November 2001. Since the establishment of the quality management system, it has been coordinated in an orderly manner, operated effectively, and continuously improved, providing a solid foundation for product quality assurance.
Quality Policy
The factory is responsible for customer requirements, and employees are responsible for the quality of their work. Timely delivery, stable quality, and comprehensive service are the entirety of our work. Continuously improving product quality and always pursuing customer satisfaction are our eternal goals.
Quality System Documents
Quality policy, quality objectives, quality manual, procedure documents, work instructions, quality plans, product standards, technical drawings, process documents, operating procedures, records and forms, procurement specifications, etc.
Basic Principles of the ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System
Focus on customer needs, customer expectations, and customer satisfaction levels;
Emphasize leadership and full participation in management responsibilities;
Adopt a process approach in identifying various links, a systematic approach in managing the entire system, and statistical techniques in monitoring and measurement;
Establish a mutually beneficial relationship with suppliers and mutual dependence with suppliers;
Planning process, implementation process, detection and analysis, implementation and improvement (i.e., P-D-C-A cycle), can continuously improve process capabilities and the effectiveness of the quality management system, ultimately improving product quality;
Based on quality policy objectives, continuous improvement through internal audits, management reviews, and data analysis to improve the company's ability to create value for customers.
Quality System Audits
External Audit: Customers audit the company's QMS.
Internal Audit: The general manager organizes an annual management review to review the suitability and effectiveness of the QMS processes and systems. Internal auditors must be qualified after training by the Electronic Industry Standardization and Quality Training Center.
Third-party Audit: The China Electronics Quality System Certification Center conducts an annual audit of the company's QMS;
