To promote the integration of production, education, and research, accelerate the aggregation of innovative elements from scientific research institutions to enterprises, enhance the development momentum and technological innovation capabilities of enterprises, promote knowledge and technology transfer and technological achievements transformation, serve the technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the upgrading of Shanxi's magnetic material industry. Shanxi Jinshan Magnetic Materials Co., Ltd., utilizing its R&D and innovation capabilities and influence in the neodymium iron boron industry in Shanxi Province, and the National Steel Materials Testing Center leveraging its authoritative testing capabilities in metal material analysis and testing, jointly established the "National Steel Materials Testing Center Shanxi Magnetic Materials Testing Center". The testing center introduces advanced domestic and international testing instruments and equipment, is based in Shanxi, radiates to North China and Northwest China, and jointly provides chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties, metallographic structure, and other testing services for numerous enterprises in the rare earth magnetic materials, metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, building materials, machinery, geology and mining, and petrochemical industries in the region; jointly provides laboratory testing personnel training for rare earth magnetic materials and related enterprises. The establishment of the testing center has provided a solid foundation and guarantee for the scientific research of the R&D center. The research results of the R&D center are applied to production guidance, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of Jinshan Magnetic Materials and enabling Jinshan Magnetic Materials to lead the development of Shanxi's magnetic materials industry, contributing to Shanxi's transformation and development.
